HOW TO APPLY
Important Notice
New registration for School Bus Pass Application for the upcoming academic session 2026-27 would begin wef 09 Mar 2026 to 15 Apr 2026.
Old or previously downloaded application form will not be accepted in any circumstances.
Ex-servicemen are not entitled the facility of school bus pass.
Student of class XI and XII are not applicable for station school bus facility.
Application duly completed will be accepted on first apply first basis with following guidelines. (a) Category 1 (Posted at Pune stn and war widow) (b) Category 2 (Old duty stn and offr on study lve ) (c) Category 3 (Never Posted in pune stn) (d) Category 4 (Defence Civilian )
List of documents for uploading online. 1. Student photo. 2. Student latest fee receipt. 3. Student aadhar card. List of documents to be submit with application form. 1. Dependent Card Copy/Medical Entitlement Card (MEC). 2. Quarter Part I Copy/ Rent agreement. 3. Service Certificate from unit of parent. 4. MRO, In case of Civ Def employee. 4. All document will be attested.
